@@DunnyTravelFilms I'll post a video on TH-cam in a day or two showing what I do. I think I know what you mean about high steam pressure. I typically stretch the milk for around 10sec and then push wand down to roll milk to temp. I'll do that for enough milk for two drinks. I'll pour the heavier milk into a cappuccino and then I can usually get some half decent art on the latte.

Do you find your steam pressure too crazy high? I can't seem to steam milk at all (and wonder if it's because my jug is too small).
