excellent job! if any fall out, you can replace them by just dipping them in silicone to bond a bit better, bike is looking good, you will notice a difference for sure, for the price point you can't go wrong!
ive seen ppl do the reverse with used tires 20-40% tread , where they take the tire off and start the screws from the inside out so the spiky bit is making contact, then cover the inside with gorilla tape to prevent the heads from rubbing the tube... your methods probably safer lol. looking forward to the review
I haven't taken them on a frozen lake or anything, but my friend has and they do great. Just add way more screws in the middle and cover the knobs on the outside of the tire as well.
We did this with our old tires and it makes an incredible difference
I'm really happy with the results for how cheap and simple it is.
Cant wait to see them in action!
Took 'em out the other day. Video will drop in a few days.
That's awesome 🤟
Thanks dude. They work great in the snow and winter slush. Can't beat the price either.
Looking forward to seeing the review on these
It'll be out in a few days.
Nice if it works ok I may give it a try. 👌✊
It's a massive improvement for traction!

I saw that as well, but this method just seems way easier and less destructive to your tube or mousse.
Hey, what size do you suggest for the screws? I use normal 21" and 19" mx tyres...
Have to try this! :)
Let me know if they work for you. 👍
@@ShiftGearsMoto still waiting for first snow
They work great in the winter mud as well!
@@ShiftGearsMoto i bought new tyres last month, so maybe next year.

@@ShiftGearsMoto thank you. i’m thinking of doing this for my ktm xcw300
It's really a cheap, simple solution. I'd say give it a shot before investing in a full set of studded tires.
