- Learn the no foot can with Blake. Dirt jump tricks aren’t something you can just go and “do”, you’ve got to build up to them and practise, otherwise they’ve got the potential to go rather wrong. Definitely wear a helmet and pads if you’re attempting this!

dude dont worry i was in that hole literally like 3 weeks ago..i just couldn't do it...try lifting up your back wheel thats the most important in my opinion then....try English bunny hopping and then try mixing the manual with the English bunny hop and then manual and back tire lift....take me as an inspiration...i JUST COULDNT DO IT and i tried for months im sure youre gonna do it bro it might take you a week or two but just practice everyday and its bound to come out eventually

I loved this video so much although I don't think I will be doing it any time soon:) Awesome work keep it up:) By the way you guys Sould make a video about making a dirt jumper wit an old bmx,and spare parts that you guys have lying around in the dirt shed! I am thirteen and my parents didn't allow me to get a dirt jumper so I will be upgrading it to 20 inch RockShox and 20 inch maxxis holyrollers or continental tyres just to represent GMBN in Ireland! Also,for representing GMBN you guys Sould make kids GMBN jerseys!!! Please do the last one as I REALLY want GMBN MERCH!

Hi i would like to see video about how to jump high on dirt jumps like this. Because i cant really jump high even on big steep jump with landing good. Thanks. (sorry if my english is not correct)
It's all about shifting your weight. As you go up the lip you wanna shift back over the rear wheel, and push your heels towards the floor. Hold this until your front tire leaves the lip, and then as your rear leaves, let the front of the bike go up, and suck the rear up with you. As you hit the peak of the parabola, push the front tire into the landing.
just go faster and pump the takeoff as hard as you can

Aww man! Everytime I see someone ride some cool shoes that's not fiveten, they're out of production. Same with a pair Sam Pilgrim rides.
Blake, why cant i lift my feet? I preload with the legs, i do all what you are doing in videos, but all i obtain is a nose bonk (quite high too, like a bunny hop), but the feet are glued to the pedals. Ah, i have an enduro bike, but i dont think it matter at all
Danj teodorosi I'm no professional but I think it's just the instict that when you bend your knees you naturally just pushdown on the bars so try maybe pulling back on the bars while doing it

Why is it called "no foot can" though?
Nice break down. Can you back up a bit and explain only the rear break and why the seat is angled up and not horizontal? I see why its so low but don't understand the angle. When I use to see these BMX kids riding with their seats so low I'd laugh at their useless riding position. Coming from a road bike background it made as much sense as there pants half way down their butts.
