When I was in middle school, circa 2005, my homie brought me to Sheep Hills when we were young enough to be riding 16/18” bikes. Place was awesome. Sent some sketchy lines there.

I love this guy. An older rider who rips. I haven't ridden since the early 90s and I'm in awe at these guys. I still love the sport and follow its progression. Amazing.

no footed can cans at sheep hills are as timeless as bmx gets. This is cool on several levels.
all I can say is that, when you learn to do them, don't go at it all half ass. Some people do little tiny no foot cans where their foot goes 6 inches over the top tube. It's actually easier in a sense when you throw it in a hugely fashion. but then again -- I don't know -- how many kids in this era learn to do all their tricks and foam pits? I'm 39, so lol.
