@@gratesbbq So we made these last night. To say that they were a huge hit, would be an understatement! Also, one of my daughters is vegan. So for her, I used Impossible Burger meat. We sautéed onion, then cooked the meat and put the barbecue sauce on it, to make a vegan version of Korean bbq tacos, and again, really really good. My daughter just made breakfast quesadillas with some of the meat! Thanks for sharing your recipe. BTW, we are now quoting you in our house, “G*d damn that’s a lot of sugar”!!!!
