Bro is there any other reason for dark neck or just acanthosis nigricans? Because i have dark neck since childhood and I am a sportsperson. So I think insulin issues might not be the problem to me.
@@rajathegreat7815 Basic issue is with Acanthosis. If it is not the case,then it may be due to sun tanning or T shirt rupture on the neck. Wear a sunscreen on neck and try to wear some loose T-shirt’s which doesn’t rupture with your neck. Before sleep,try to avoid wearing tight T-shirt which affects your neck.
