I just finished reading these 40 books about business, so I can cut out the fluff, and tell you exactly what will make you rich in a simple summary. You see i’ve got an issue with most business books, they have some great concepts, that anyone can learn from, but they’re buried under so much filler content, that it takes ages to get to the gold.
That's why, over the last three months, I made it my mission to read all these books, and note down the key points that will actually make you rich.

I can never catch a break in the stock market. I was up by nearly $4000 but I regret not selling sooner. sometimes I think I am too impulsive and sometimes I think I'm not fast enough.the Market is too volatile.
It's frustrating to be up by nearly $4000 and then see it disappear. The stock market can be so unpredictable and volatile, it's easy to feel like you're constantly second-guessing yourself. It's tough to know when to sell and when to hold, and even tougher when you feel like you're missing out on potential gains or taking unnecessary losses. It's enough to make you want to pull your hair out! It's a constant rollercoaster of emotions and it's easy to feel like you're the only one struggling.
you're not alone in this. Many investors face the same challenges and frustrations as you do. It's just part of the game. But it's important to remember that with the right mindset and strategy, you can improve your chances of success in the market.

People don't understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments don't match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that
Financial planning is like navigation. If you know where you are and where you want to go, navigation isn't such a great problem. It's when you don't know the two points that it's difficult

My portfolio for the past 30 years has always been self managed and I own 3 shares of Berkshire Hathaway Class A stock (BRK:A) which I bought in at about $17,000 during the mid 90s, I’m currently liquidating some of these positions to incoporate new Gen. Stocks, but am I better off re-investing into Gold as it seems stocks are a little too unstable right now.

Yes just buy Gold and protect your assets, the stock market is a rollercoaster.
I wholeheartedly concur; I'm 60 years old, just retired, and have about $1,250,000 in non-retirement assets. Compared to the whole value of my portfolio during the last three years, I have no debt and a very little amount of money in retirement accounts. To be completely honest, the information provided by invt-advisors can only be ignored but not neglected. Simply undertake research to choose a trustworthy one.

Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with Camille Anne Hector for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive.She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

I have a question for everyone, as well as a story, as a kid id go around mowing lawns and shoveling drive ways during winter, just because i enjoyed it, still do. Now i am 16 and want to drop out of highschool as i dont intend on going to a college unless its a trade school, which in my state only needs a ged. The main question is would it be a good idea to drop out and go do apprentice/job shadowing for a welding company and get some in the field work. Then later grt a ged and go to a trade school. Or just stay in school and start doing welding full time after i graduate? I personally feel that dropping out would be better.

Investment has been the easiest means to save and multiply money because money left for saving always end up used without returns...

Hi, personally I would try as many jobs as possible in the next year, that could be one a month or even one a week. This may not tell you what you’re good at but it will tell you what sucks, narrowing down your options and giving you social work skills along the way. Good luck MT. 😎

Hello everybody, im 18 years old trying to start investing, currently my goals are pretty much to save for retirement, I was going to invest in VOO for the long run but came across VFV. Im from canada so investing in VOO requires me to pay conversion fees from CAD TO USD. Essentially im asking are VOO and VFV the same thing? and is it better to invest in VFV rather since im from canada?
Edit: im reading its better to hold VOO in an RRSP because it avoids the 15% dividend withholding fee but I would still have to pay currenecey conversion fees. while on the other hand if I hold VFV in a TFSA I neglect the currency fees but still have to pay the 15% dividend fee. Still have no idea which is the right choice lol
