You can extend the argument to banging two sticks together. Not really the point. A lot of people use the didj musically, and with respect for it's heritage whether they even mean to or not. It's a bit like piano, when you learn piano you learn about it's heritage and learn to have respect for it, and that's not even a traditional ceremonial instrument. What these guys are doing is rubbish from the start. Have a search around TH-cam and see how the instrument is played by people who have actually mastered it. If this was, hey look what shit I can produce through a vacuum cleaner hose then it would just be funny.
