If you really think about it... Dwight should have been promoted not Jim. He was , as weird as it may sound, the best employee. He may be weird, but you rarely find people who put nearly as much effort in their jobs as Dwight did for years.
He is not a good boss, he is good at his job but he does not have leadership qualities.

Effort isn’t the only prerequisite for management. Dwight had horrible management theory
@nyaaomi6643 Jim came up late, made intrigue and was kinda lazy at times. He should not be boss as well, he set a bad example. But Jim is kind of the cool guy in the show, with high emotional intelligence, making contrast with Michael and Dwight who were sometimes weird, if not outright abusive at times.
am I the only one who got freaked out by the last few seconds when the "comedy bites" popped out
It's just annoying. One moment you are watching such an emotional scene and the next moment someting bites something and burps in your face it's really uncomfortable.
