How it’s made Origin edition! Love seeing the behind the scenes process & all the “hands & daylight” that go into this American icon. Keep getting after it Origin!
Same. As a 71 year old man who worked in a SC cotton mill for 4 years after the military while in college it's amazing to see how much has changed from carding through weaving. The new technology is amazing. Great video. My only question is why didn't I know about Origin® before now?
Y'all need to make some non stretch real heavy weight selvage denim. It'd be good to have some competition in the made in America jeans segment, as right now there's Bravestar and other smaller brands dominating that market.
Good morning ! ☕☕ An excellent video ! Thanks for making this. Great to see the start to finish making these Origin jeans. All I purchase now is USA made clothes and especially denim jeans. Please keep up the fantastic work all of you do there. You make us proud. Thank you all.
I absolutely love my black origin jeans. Have alternated 2 pair for 18 months working as a trucker. I probably have 4 years of normal wear on them. Absolutely OUTSTANDING value!
I wish they made one size larger for us "husky" guys. I guess I need to buy an origin gi and lose some weight on the mat, so I can fit into a pair of these jeans.
I’ve got 4 pairs. Love them. Working on switching all of them out to Origin Denim as I go. Just can’t get my mind around doing construction in $100 jeans yet. Lol
im not american, i dont live in america, im tired of desposable jeans from "reputable" brands and i like this brand and what it represents a lot. I just pulled the trigger on my first pair of deltas and a stow raptor jacket, i cant wait for them to arrive.
I love these jeans! Just took advantage of Black Friday to get more 😁 if you ever decide to get into the business casual game, I'll be a player for attire at work!
Bought two pair of the same cut but different colors. One was uneven and sloppy (literally a different fit on one leg versus the other , the other pair fit like modern cut skinny sweatpants and looked ridiculous. Pockets are weirdly lined up on your butt (weird angle, make them flat/horizontal like everyone else?) material was soft but didn’t feel like true denim. I gave them a shot because I wanted to support a made in America brand but they really missed the mark. Returned them both and won’t be back.
I got a pair of Delta Flex last year to try them out, love them they are worth it! I wear them probably 4-5 times a week and they have held up amazing. Going to get all my denim from Origin from here on out
Hi from the UK! I’m glad to support American manufacturing and have bought several of your work pants (e.g. MOAB). Great quality and a good company with VALUES. Please stay true to your values, always manufacture products locally and support local industries. Also a shout out to other great brands: American Giant, Flint & Tinder, Crye Precision, Solid State, Randolph Engineering and American Optical. And many more, it’s a growing list :) cheers!
Not a greenie by any means, but how do dispose of your manufacturing waste so there’s zero harm to humans or the environment? That’s a video I’d watch…,
Jeans are not a middle finger anymore. We can't all be non conformist. Origin, if you want to compete, you have to branch into more than workwear. Chinese companies see no threat from you for American buyers because you haven't yet made slacks, polos, herrington jackets, chelsea boots, etc.. I love what you stand for, but im 40 and don't wear hoodies as they looknlike pajamas. You have a pic of james Dean in the video. Look at what he's wearing and go from there.
What a gem of a video! Would love to have a follow-up of all the countless ways denim production abroad cuts corners ( I suspect they use ton of chemicals to grow the cotton as well as cheapest possible way to dye it, not to mention the crazy logistical chain where a pair of jeans is transported from pakistani fields to turkey for sewing and then to walmart for sale vs produced in USA 100%).
I ordered two pairs a couple years ago. For me, they were very tight in the thighs and the material felt too stretchy like girls jeggings. I thought they’d be thick work type jeans. Not for me
American made doesn’t work anymore is so expensive, that what chinese is talking everything is cheaper and last forever too i don’t care what anybody said i have chinese clothes for more than 10 years a by the way SHEIN everybody have doesn’t matter poor people and rich people too
What about the impossible task of maintaining a supply of 50 grenades and a cheytak in the 2008 resupply of FOB anaconda (it's way harder than making jeans in America, some would say impossible). You should ask your ambassador Tim Kennedy all about that and then I'll spend thousands on your jeans
Damn, their jeans cost thousands?! Because they're on sale for $75 right now so for $2,000 which is the minimum to be thousands plural you could buy 26 pairs.

Yep I cannot stand any kind of stretch jeans. Stretch jeans and 100% cotton jeans aren't the same garment.
Carhartt man, come on. Pendleton? Come on. Jesus you ain't American son.
No they don’t. Stretch jeans are the problem
@@PoetbyDayCarhart isnt American made son.
Why? It’s uncomfortable to wear.
I love watching these process videos.
I followed the link to buy a pair and checked the fabric: Origin™ Work Denim 70% Cotton/28% Polyester/2% Elastane 11.5 oz are you kidding?
This is a little disappointing, but probably exactly what the most common customer wants.
Too bad I only wear 100% cotton jeans or I’d give yall a try the polyester and elastane aren’t for me

Is it true to size?

I’ve tried and returned every style of jeans y’all have made. I give up. The fit is terrible.
I have 7 pairs!! Just need to get the knees patched on the deltas, and 2 factory denims. They’re all great jeans.
Damn bro. You must be doing good if you can drop $800 for pants

Great informative video. Thanks!
When we talk about the trump tariff - all I can think about is how I am excited to see you all grow! 💌

Please make more blue gis🤘🏽
I wish I could afford these
I buy Original jeans every year
Absolutely incredible, great video!
I ordered two pairs a couple years ago. For me, they were very tight in the thighs and the material felt too stretchy like girls jeggings. I thought they’d be thick work type jeans. Not for me
They have 2 different denim types. The thinner more stretchy type is the Delta D68. The work Jean is thicker and what I think of as traditional denim.
@ thank you I should have searched for that information before I ordered the deltas
Make cell phones next
Do this for your boots
nice

Ok waiting on the FR work pants and EH rated boots. Then I will no longer have to buy anything that isn’t origin or isn’t American made!
Loved to support origin but prices are too high
This video should explain why
@johnny6767g i understand why but prices are too high all the same
I love origin, I just can’t justify paying $130 for jeans.
They’re $75 right now
Support USA 🇺🇸 MADE products and manufacturers! That’s a good enough reason to justify paying more for high quality jeans 👖
@@zachg6456 Awesome!!
I love my Origin Jeans! I literally own every wash and most every fit! Thank y’all for a superior jean with no compromise made in the USA 🇺🇸
Nothing says "worth the American workforce's money cause we respect them so much" like an AI-generated thumbnail 🤦♂️
Yeah James have lost their age. When Boutique companies cause them to become overpriced
Can yall just not use plastic in pur jeans i want full cotton. Might as well buy imported for blue collar work, not this tiktok crap.

i only wear button flies.
God bless America and thank the Lord for all you working men folks! America will rise again! Now I need me an American wife.
