You may be right about secondary Education and the ranking system but not about primary education system which is basic foundation. Education also includes primary education. Without primary education and primary teacher your so called analytical abilities couldn't have been possible. Don't undermine basic primary education.

education Institutes are 1st formal agents of socialisation. and it will help in the shaping of value system of students. objectivity ,extra curricular activities ,discipline etc are developed by education Institutes .

Year by year from 1 to 10 the syllabus of all subjects is growing. As my believe point of view 20 %of learning is useful from 1 to 10 . Remaining is useless to get the job at graduation. Total time at intermeidate is waste if time by leaning all that activities. 40 to 50 % is useful at graduation level to get job from the actual learning process.
