The first days when I got tinnitus it was a disaster. I thought about committing suicide, I thought I couldn’t live like this. But more than half a year has passed, I returned to normal life. Yes, I’m still very sad that it happened to me, yes, at night before going to bed you really have to try not to pay attention to it, to force yourself to fall asleep, but it doesn’t seem like such a disaster anymore as it was in the beginning. The human brain adapts to everything. I really hope that doctors and scientists will someday find a cure to stop this noise forever, but for now just don’t give up. If you just got sick with it, know that after difficult days, you will return to normal life again, and 90% of your day you will not notice this noise at all.

My friend, your story is identical to mine. Dealing with it for over two years. It was an absolute nightmare the first year and a half. Now I'm starting to feel much better. Getting use to it. when I'm tired it seems louder. But again most days I feel better! By the way, keep making your videos it helps your followers!

Stay strong brother, I recently had my ears cleaned and it was really bad. I recommend using over ear Headphones because the earbuds are really not good.

I 100% believe our nervous systems shit themselves.
From loud music to stress and diet and lack of exercise, Now Our bodies have an alarm going through us all the time,
We just need to find a way to reset it? that's the hard part.
from Neuroplasticity and meditation and cranial sacral therapy, body scans, which I started doing all of the above.
I wont stop till I have silence... Don't give up, I do have acceptance that this might take years to figure out, and that is helping me deal with it.

Did you notice any improvements ?

    • @chiefmegadeth
      @chiefmegadeth 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

@amyel1700 Doing meditation and in and out of exercising and boby scans, and I am consistently doing yoga, my downfall right now, I jump in and out of these things. And get pissed off. I have to always do them, am I mental or what lol
So i stop, then it amps right back up...
I was at one point getting about 4 days straight of 1 to 10 at 0.5 and had to really listen for it.weekly for a month. I'm like OH AMAZING! then one day or 2 it's bad. I completely go off the rails.
I'm not sure it's because I'm lazy that I stop doing things that help it?
So consistently is the key and just relaxing.
Also I still bring it up in conversation. I need to completely stop talking about it. As it always puts it in the back of my mind.
So I still have it but I do have a few days a week when I have to listen if it's there. It's when I get to a point of just not listening for it. That will be my next big step in healing myself.
      Anyway, good luck!
      Hope it helps 🙏
My last 2 days have been at a 0.5

Tyler, same thing happened to me, Tinnitus then month after hyperaccusis. when it first happened to me, I was shouting and crying to my mum to help and no one in my family knew about it. I quickly rushed to the internet and then youtube, sorry to say this videos like yours popped up and made me more depressed but a video by Liahm Boehm who claimed he cured tinnitus was the only guy that made sense because I am an MD, I understood the science about what he was saying. I did it, my hyperaccusis is gone, was the first to go and then my tinnitus. It is hard to believe especially when you count the days which become months and then having been told that it is most likely be chronic by your GP. Scary thing was it would get worse and sometimes improve a bit, same with my tinnitus, eventually figured out food, magnetic gadgets were key triggers. I got so angry that, when I wathched videos liked yours made me want to get rid of it. So I cut out all junk food, literally only drank water, meat and noithing else, went to sleep early everyday, dropped to 8 stone and guess what, after about 3 months or more got less and less, also did dry fasts, exercised outdoors, no T.V just a little due to my hyperaccusis. When it dropped to a 2 I was just left with hissing in my ears, like your listening to a kettle close to your ears but the ECG machnine noise that ripped through my head was gone. The tiny part took a while but it had gone to. When I started eating junk, anything salty or with chillis and come back, getting louder, at first I thought I was really getting mad that it really never went away. So again dry fasts, only grilled fatty meat, half cooked eggs, Beef liver ( a must) it contains high levels of B vitamins as well as vitamin D etc. Put my body in keto and autophagy diet, and now I am free from tinnitus. Tyler when I watch videos like yours makes me wonder about peoples lifestyle eating habbits, I was fortunate that I have a science background, knowing that the brain and neurons, mitochnondria can heal if you allow it to. I am sooooo glad I cured but feel sad for people in the forum and yourself thinking it is for life. It was such a struggle giving up everything but it worked. took months but now trying to help others

I had pretty bad anxiety for a year and to subdue the stress I would blast music on cheap headphones. When the tinnitus started it made my Anxiety skyrocket. A year later it’s still there but I really only notice it when I’m going to bed. Really doesn’t affect my daily life.

I got tinnitus about 2 months after you did. I’ve watched and followed your videos and man when I first got it it was torture. That internal battle that no one knows you are going through but you. It’s not a fun experience and much like you mentioned, I thought there was absolutely no way I can live like this. I still have tinnitus but it’s way better now. I hardly notice it tbh only when I try to hear it do I actually hear it or when it’s dead silent at night with no fan on or something. It’s manageable though. I know you said you don’t like making videos on this to give it more attention and trust me I understand what you mean but I do appreciate these videos. You helped share insight and your journey with this circumstance that others may face as well. Glad you are doing much better. Also, I think SAW XI should do a trap dealing with ears. I don’t think they’ve done that before but if they do I’d feel it a lot more nowadays lol

I have had tinnitus for 1 year now and my experience as a professional driver is that driving a diesel car makes the tinnitus much better. I have also driven an electric car and it makes the tinnitus much worse. It may sound strange but that is my experience.

Same with my PC tower, it interferes with it and i can hear another sounds behind sounds. Odd

Tyler and anything else in this forum, taking supplements and having a bad lifestyle will not work if you have had it a while, I did the same. Also as an MD, the noise from the concert may have triggered your tinnitus but has NOT caused reversible damage, the tiny hairs in your ears that pick up sound are not damaged.

What does your T sound like?
I'm 1.8 years in. A hissing static in left ear, and a low dooooo in right ear. I hear sounds behind sounds. But no hearing loss up to 8000hz. Hyperacusis as well. Yes quiet rooms are a nightmare, esp the low doooo sound. The anxiety and fear it causes. I can ignore it somehow sometimes. The electric PC tower makes it worse and reacts to it somehow.

It’s utter torture! But yeah we adapt to it. I called on the name of Jesus. I asked the lord to heal me and every day it’s different. Take it one day at a time.

I've had mine since March...from a loud concert.
I have a few different sounds and feelings
1 - is a power drill, that seems to be the one I can also ignore sometimes. normally can go from a 0.5 to 7
2 - is Cicadas that, tend to be sound-based?
So if I hear a car the cicada sounds go up in volume from 3 to 7 to 10 in a millisecond. Could that be hyperacusis? it is really hard to ignore and I work in a warehouse, so the days I have cicadas. Any type of noise will set my Tinnitus through the roof.
3 - Another feeling sometimes it feels like someone is blowing cold air into my ears, feels weird and it pisses me off as well.
I feel all these symptoms depend on my sleep patterns?
