Yes that’s what the instructions say we only put half of the amount of water recommended it seems to work better with less water but the water helps to keep it smokeless
@@dantana8570 no way impossible you will never get that nice charcoal or out door grill flavour you can’t even add smoked flavour wood chips cmon man be honest. I owned one in the past not even close sorry buddy not true. Waste of money might as well cook it in your fry pan
