- Here is a video my Mama & I had shot for Mother’s Day where we share our favourite DIY Mask. It’s a mask that my Nano used to apply to her & my Mama’s face & my Mama shared it with me as a teenager suffering from really bad skin. I have always maintained that changing my eating habits, drinking lots of water as well as using the right products for my skin really helped me clear up my acne & some of the DIY’s that I used were the cherry on the skincare cake ! Also as always do first do a patch test on a small area behind your ear to see if any allergic reaction happens. If the ingredients don't suit you then don't use on your face , we are sharing what works for us here but always try & test to see how it shall work for you.

I think both you and your Mum look the same age. I think the reason people are saying she looks younger than you, is because her hair is out, and she's wearing hoop earrings. While your hair's tied up, with no earrings. You present yourself like you're ready to do household chores.
Hoop earrings naturally add a modern flair to any outfit, which results in looking youthful. If you look at old photos, whether Eastern or Western, no one had hoop earrings. So It just screams modernism. 💘

As a child I had crush on Madam Noor Jahan and you are right her skin was very beautiful and was evident under heavy makeup also. I can say because my mum also had very pretty skin (ponds lover) and never had such issues that I face.

Nice mask both of you look pretty think yr moms in 40s or early 50s.at that age I also had good skin n looked somewhat like yr mom but now Am snr citizen have laughlines but no wrinkles (strict diet, lots of water n exercises thrice a week ) n now I have to start applying face masks. There are so many face masks flaxgel, Aloe vera, riceflour yoghurt etc confused but will try yours or you can suggest what's best for my skin I have normal skin

Great one but the colour of turmeric just doesn’t go away you know that yellow tinge remains what about that

Vitamin E capsule is optional or necessary ingredient?
It's necessary for anti aging. Almond oil has vitamin e, and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. You can add that instead.

I think you can skip the lemon part. Other ingredients are fine. Sometimes lemon causes allergy on my skin too.
Doesnt lemon damage your skin
All Derms say that Vitamin E capsule should not be applied orally to the skin as it can be an irritant
you can omit it if it does not work for you but it works well for me
I have acne prone sensitive skin but vitamin E capsules does not cause any irritation or breakouts. I'm using it for dark circles and already seeing the amazing results. You should give it a try
