Comedic & on point talking about how (rich-resourced) areas are outcrying about ADUs today, but benefited from some sort of "Missing Middle" Density they benefited from in the past. Now, "Missing Middle" Density is evermore required as an option for Californians today. Of course, other dense housing types as well.
