The Bag Man has been scaring children for generations, but he is not the same as the Boogie Man, which we call “Bicho Papão” and helps him scaring every naughty child into niceness and obedience.“Loira do Banheiro” (the Bathroom Blonde) is a classic. I remember at some point of being afraid to buy candy in certain places or certain shady brands (van Melle? Geez!) because they might have been injected with drugs. I think this is more of a version of “don't talk/don't take food from strangers“ advice parents give to children. Xuxa and Fofão dolls, the pricking needle hoax, and “Xuxa songs played in reverse” existed at some point, but now they are irrelevant and forgotten. I never heard of Pisadeira and El Techue.

17:30 unfortunaly, these things with needles and aids are actually really scary, especially in carnival. every year there are reports of people that finds themselves in hospitals getting cocktails because someone stuck a needle in their arms or something. i think none of these stories were invented by him, no haha
even that none of these people got aids, it still really scary because people are actually pricked by needles till these days. g1.globo.com/pe/pernambuco/carnaval/2020/noticia/2020/02/23/em-dois-dias-12-pessoas-denunciam-a-policia-ter-levado-agulhadas-no-carnaval-do-recife-e-de-olinda.ghtml (for example, in 2020 carnival)
As a brazilian, I was impressed with the ritual for calling the Blonde of the Bathroom, in my school it was literally just "Go to the last stall while you are alone in the bathroom" and let me tell you, as a kid that had 0 parental limits about watching horror movies, I really didn't like to go into the bathroom alone xD

This one of the "pisadeira" happened to me, once I woke up without being able to move, I tried to scream and the sound didn't come out, I'm not so sure if I was really awake. However, studies indicate this phenomenon as sleep paralysis.
There is a brazilian video that scared me when I was a child. It's name is “propaganda assustadora que passou na globo”. It's like an ad with loira do banheiro. It's pretty weird.
Alfie, the story of the "Loira do Banheiro" came from Conselheiro Rodrigues Alves school located in my city, Guaratinguetá in the inland of São Paulo, and I studied there at night, from 19:00 to 23:00, and I never saw anything strange, not even in the bathrooms, and the students didn't even talk about the legend it wasn't a big deal there, it was more funnier than scary actually haha
Xuxa and Fofão are kinda old I remember the "Xuxa made a pact" from my childhood but the Fofão is from when my mom was kid and most children nowadays don't even know him (except the Fofão from carreta furacão)
Fofão was scary too, I also gave mine away because I was just to scary to play. The black knife was to hold his heavy head, but a parent saw and the rumor spread. It wasn't a knife, by the way. Was just the structure of the doll, but the urban legend got to big...
Yeah, bag man and blonde in the bathroom really scared me when i was young, and scary clowns was created to scare kids and prevent them to follow or accept things from strangers.
Hey Alfie! You should react to some of Brazil's folclore like Yara, Saci, etc. This would be a very interesting video. Thanks for sharing our cultur with the world ❤️
Don't know if anyone commented it before, but A Loira do Banheiro (Blood Mary?) was possibly inspired by something that actually happened. If I'm not mistaken, there was this blonde woman obsessed with a man that rejected her and she didn't really accept it, leading her to kiddnap the man's daughter when she was in the bathroom in the 80's or 90's.
The number one is real, but it is not a knife or something like that, it is just a kind of support used to lock the head in the body, it was very comun back in time... But, yeah, that support can be used like a weapon, in the past the toys didnt had a good "check" before being industrialized.
in fact, when the clowns rumor came up, some people started to dress up as clowns on the street (at least here in my state). A friend of mine was chased at dawn while returning from a party by a clown with a fucking machete!!
"A loira do banheiro" is a story that a girl skipped class in the bathroom of the school and died there, in a way i dont remember how So, its a story to kids to be scared of skip class
This video is different from what you have been usually doing. I think that the only one like this here is the oldest video published on this channel, where you reacted to “The Slap II”. It is refreshing to see something different. Anyway, you are always awesome! It doesn't really matter what you are reacting to, *_you_* are always the real and only attraction on this channel.
hey Alfie, about the legend of Fofão, he really had that inside of him, but the real reason is because the doll's head is made of plastic and the body of cloth, as the body couldn't take the weight, the head kept falling, so they put that to balance
hey Alfie, I live in a city in the Amazon and here we have a very good book that tells the stories of hauntings and visions here in the capital. The name of the book is VISAGENS E ASSOMBRAÇÕES DE BELÉM (VISIONS AND HAUNTS OF BELÉM). BRO, you're going to be very scared.
Alfie, the legend of the Blond on the bathroom changes from School to School, my grandmother once told me that there was a girl in her School that was "Crazy". Everyday she would summon the Blond on the Bathroom by flushing three times, kicking the toilet three times and say three bad words, after that she would just run away laughing ,-,
Whenever I wanted to leave home, I was told this legend of the Bag Man, it really affects the minds of children! At my aunt's farm she told me this story. And amazingly, a man actually appeared on the farm, invaded her farm, but our dogs saved us from that guy who I have no idea who he was. I was a kid, man ... It was one of the scariest days of my life
in reality the legend of El tunche is very similar to a Brazilian legend very common in northern Brazil called "Matinta perera". Matinta perera is an old witch who spends nights and mornings whistling down the street, she can knock on your door and ask for food, coffee or tobacco, but if you deny it she torments you every night whistling around your house. (this legend is more common in interiors where it has small forests, it also varies from region to region).
The bag man story is true, I’ve heard it several times. And in Brazil some people work collecting bones to make dog food. Which is more frightening because you know his bag is full of real bones.
Hey Alfie! First of all, I love you! Thank you for praising our culture! Second of all, please react to Elis Regina "Como Nossos Pais" (Like Our Parents) and give a look to the lyrics, they are amazing
17:55 ALFIE THAT HAPPENED IN 2017 IN MY CITY !!! PASSED LIVE THAT A WOMAN THAT LIVED ON THE STREET, PICKED NEEDLES, AND WANTED TO PUT IT ON THE STREET PEOPLE !!! THIS LEGEND IS REAL
I had a fofão and I can guarantee it was just a doll, but the legend exists. Reacts to folklore, are stories of our Brazilian culture and show the beliefs of indigenous peoples in Brazil is very interecing!
Homem do saco (Men with the bag) and Loira do banheiro (Kinda like bloody mary) are really really known in Brazil specially among kids. I remember I was really afraid of my school's toillet because of that. But I'm really surprised he didn't mention "Chupacabra" cuz this was a HUGE scary legend in Brazil
Alfie, they say that the legend of the xuxa doll is really true, she has already been on a very famous tv show here in Brazil called "Fantástico" and the doll is actually stuck in a box in a catholic munseu.
7:08 - you pronounce it "pizadera" :) 9:04 - I have a story in my school about the Loira do Banheiro, we were trying to "call" her, and after we finished, the lights went off, so everyone ran out screaming (the story says she died in the girls bathroom in her school, but there is a real version that a girl with red hair ACTUALLY died and became the "loira do banheiro" 9:22 - In my school, we had 2 different versions: 1. you had to flush the toilet 3 times, then after go to the mirror, turn on the tap 3 times, while looking at the mirror, without blinking. THen, still looking at the mirror, you had to say "loira do banheiro" 3 times. 2. do the same thing, but only at the toilet, like flush the toilet 3 times and after say "Loira do banheiro" still holding the flush button. 9:45 - the story I knew was, a blond girl hated classes, so she would skip them by locking herself in the girls bathroom. one day, she got stuck and couldn't go out. it was already 19:35 p.m and she was screaming for help, but no one came. after sometime, the lights went out. she couldn't see anything, and her phone had d1ed. she was walking and accidentaly stepped on the soap, so she fell and hitted her had in the sink. She bleeded to death, and they only discovered she d1ed in the next morning, when the school reopened. Now she hunts the girls bathroom in schools. In the second time I marked a time here, (9:04) I talked abput the real girl. Well, she died in the same way, in a REAL school, but she was red haired, it's basically bloody mary (I think that's the name) the school closed sometime after the girl's death, because girls got scared to go to the bathroom and some other girls who went there died. The bathroom was prohibited to enter, but after sometime the school closed, I don't remember why 11:39 - actually this scary add is real, the girl really died and it's a mistery how! 12:36 - do you know Annabelle? well, there are some rumors saying she moved in that museum, and escaped, because she isn't there anymore 13:46 - in U.S and other places, the creepy clowns are real, and they're back. they just keep staring and following random strangers, and there has videos about that. 15:01 - there is a doll named "fofão" that means "cute" or a person a little bit overweight and he had red hair and a strange face, and it was a popular toy. after sometime, they discovered there was a poity object that keeped the head in it's place, that was actually real. some kids that had the doll became creepy and saying things they weren't supposed to now...
Theres a Japanese version of the loira do Banheiro which is called Hanako, that story even originated an very famous Anime (which i recommend is called: Toilette bound Hanako-kun), and i would like to point out that the blond in the toilet IS NOT Blood Mary, (here we have Maria Sangrenta which IS blood Mary) ;)
Hey Alfie, the Fofão doll is actually real, but not exactly haha people were saying he had a knife inside him, but it is not a knife, its his head support that was pointy-shaped, but still, a kid could open it and hurt herself with that point, so they had to take the doll out of circulation

I remember saying something three times and flushing the toilet three times but i don't remember the rest of the things the guy mentioned on the video
I’m a Brazilian boy from São Paulo and I’ve heard of all of these, except the Colombian one
Alfie assistindo lendas urbanas ?
Number one is actually a brazilian story. But the spirit is an indigenous woman called Caipora

Really? Kkkkkkkkk
Do u have the link?
I think that they deleted it
It's not the original one, but here it is: th-cam.com/video/L56kQoKHY9E/w-d-xo.html

7:50 obrigado, hoje eu não vou dormir nada bem 😔

Hey Alfie! Here in Brazil, we really have a legend for the xuxa doll, but the story he told is that of the anabelle doll.
All these are real
And pretty "recent" honestly
I remember of friends telling me most of it in childhood
Xuxa and Fofão are kinda old
I remember the "Xuxa made a pact" from my childhood but the Fofão is from when my mom was kid and most children nowadays don't even know him (except the Fofão from carreta furacão)
Kkkkkkkkk

Mano quem nunca tentou invocar a loira do banheiro não teve infância 😂👍
The number one is real, but it is not a knife or something like that, it is just a kind of support used to lock the head in the body, it was very comun back in time... But, yeah, that support can be used like a weapon, in the past the toys didnt had a good "check" before being industrialized.
Alfie é nosso irmão gringo ♥️
in fact, when the clowns rumor came up, some people started to dress up as clowns on the street (at least here in my state). A friend of mine was chased at dawn while returning from a party by a clown with a fucking machete!!
"A loira do banheiro" is a story that a girl skipped class in the bathroom of the school and died there, in a way i dont remember how
So, its a story to kids to be scared of skip class
N sei detalhes.
BRO, you're going to be very scared.
corpo seco is the scariest one just gives me chills every time
Alfie, the legend of the Blond on the bathroom changes from School to School, my grandmother once told me that there was a girl in her School that was "Crazy".
Amei q legendaram tanto o q o Alfie fala quanto o rapaz do vídeo 🖒 BOM TRABALHO GALERA
The black knife at Fofão, actually was just a rod used to keep the head in place and the doll balanced
7:08 - you pronounce it "pizadera" :)
9:04 - I have a story in my school about the Loira do Banheiro, we were trying to "call" her, and after we finished, the lights went off, so everyone ran out screaming (the story says she died in the girls bathroom in her school, but there is a real version that a girl with red hair ACTUALLY died and became the "loira do banheiro"
9:22 - In my school, we had 2 different versions: 1. you had to flush the toilet 3 times, then after go to the mirror, turn on the tap 3 times, while looking at the mirror, without blinking.
The bathroom was prohibited to enter, but after sometime the school closed, I don't remember why
11:39 - actually this scary add is real, the girl really died and it's a mistery how!
12:36 - do you know Annabelle? well, there are some rumors saying she moved in that museum, and escaped, because she isn't there anymore
13:46 - in U.S and other places, the creepy clowns are real, and they're back. they just keep staring and following random strangers, and there has videos about that.
