Quick fun fact: Sanganomiya Kokomi by default has -100% crit rate. She is not supposed to be a DPS. The devs literally made it to where you HAVE to build her as a healer.
It's -95% in practice because she still has the base 5% rate every character has. Still possible to make her crit if you're a whale with an R5 Royal Grimoire. Also she does still function as a DPS because her Burst damage scales off her HP and healing bonus, that's why she gets used as a driver in electro-charged teams.
