For some reason μου ρώτησε sounded good, but if I had stopped to think about it ρώτησε takes a DO, not an IO. :-)
Also, as you pointed out, there is no σε in the first sentence.
Yes, exactly. As we said before, when in english we use "to" in greek, most of the times we use genitive 😍😍😍

Ναι, ναι! Είναι πολύ σωστό!! Also you could say : της θείας μου της αρέσει το παστίτσιο. But the first is more natural 🙂 ποιο ήταν το λάθος σου;

We use εμένα if we want to. And usually for emphasis. Most common is to use με🙂🙂
