How is the back seat comfort for 3 people in Elevate? There is a small hump on the seat, so the person sitting in middle would be uncomfortable right??
For a short trip it is ok for 3 adults.
2 adults 1 kid is perfect.

Door thud is good and gives a solid feel. Overall fit finish is excellent and you will feel good and sophisticated in the cabin

I took the test drive of the car last week and my only concern is the cabin noise. Whenever I tried to accelerate the car engine became noisy and also some road noise was creeping in constantly.
You drove MT or CVT?
And yes road noise is there, door damping solves it
This is my only gripe with Honda Elevate - cabin noise. Otherwise, everything else is just great. No car is perfect, but Honda Elevate feels so close to having everything just right. Only if Honda engineers can solve the cabin noise issue that would make it a fantastic product.

Also door damping could solve it .
For me it is not a great deal.
@@Automobiles4U It was a bit of a surprise to me that the cabin of a 20 lakh+ OTR car has such levels of noise inside the cabin. Especially after being used to the quiet cabin of Swift petrol manual 1st gen for the past 12+ years. Probably door damping would help to some extent

I conveyed 19 lakhs as normal price itself with few basic accessories

Please share your CVT driving experience, has Honda really improved upon the lag?
I am very relaxed driver so i did not feel the CVT band effect is irritating me, the pulling power is good on hills as well and car is butter smooth.

Hi bro... I recently got my seltos HTX IVT for 19 lacs... There has been no concern related to mileage, performance, road presence, comfort, features, driveability, etc... the only features it lacks are cooled glove box and wireless Android/apple play... The only feature where elevate stands out is ADAS but I don't see Indian roads are still ready for it... Have a good drive with your elevate bro... Cheers!
Adas is good for highways and Elevate's adas works seamless.

@@Automobiles4U Honda's Driver Assistance works only on Camera inputs which is not reliable in bad weather and poor light conditions, Honda themselves calls it as Honda Sensing and not ADAS.
Where as Hyundai & Kia ADAS is based on Camera and Radar inputs which is far superior and more reliable bro.

If you want relaxed nature honda City
Slavia is good Its also shown in best movie Animal
Slavia and Verna only . City engine is good but outdated . The NVH is very poor in the city

Have u checked the pulling power with 5 people and dicky full in hilly areas?
Yes!! already completed 800km long trip 5ppl and luggage.
Pulling power is adequate and you will not feel it underpower on hills.
Sir on a very steep hill, if you are stuck in traffic and are standstill. If you now move as traffic moves, does elevate role back, or does the combination of hill start assist and engine power in elavate good enough to move vehicle forward easily ? Also is it effortless or some driver skill is still required ? Please tell this for a cvt if you have encountered this situation ?

Cabin noise is there but its not a deal breaker and if required can be reduced by damping.
Yeh but its bcz sporty vroomlike dodge chalenger vroom. So its better to listen engine noice in cabin for feel aporty and best engine sound ever than other cars.

@@lays9957 better than taigun and kushaq but not better than hyryder. The engine of hyryder is too good. The problem with petrol engines are that they are gas guzzlers and dont give good mileage, especially in 1.5 lit engines.
I have taken test drive of Elevate with 4 people and it is a drag when overtaking. You have to literally shuft down gears drastically to overtake. And as you go beyond 80 kph the mileage starts dropping drastically. You will definitely get 18-19 kmpl if you drive between 60-80 kph. However in city the mileage drops drastically to 12-13 kmpl and that is not good. Hyryder and Grand Vitara give better mileage in city.

Honda is not known for safety….those who have test driven Skoda kushaq will never go with elevate….elevate lacks torque where as kushaq has very high torque……
