The change in music at the end was back to the beginning of the video where Ruka rang the doorbell and whispered BabyMonster. The silver slippers (shoes) with the party invitation still on the bed showed that she never went to the party and is still sleeping stuck in a forever loop in the Forever Sleep. They should have had it end with Pharita looking through the peephole then replayed Ruka's opening scene.
