Wood slats in the MIDDLE, it makes the walls look larger that way and it's a good backdrop for when you are sitting in front of it. The blue directly behind doesn't look right. But overall great job

My personal opinion is that you should commission a proper artist to make some pieces for back there or make something yourself, you clearly have the skill to do so.
