A&T BGMM doesn't have prove anything to anyone. I seen just about all of HBCUs Bamd performance over many years and some have not changed. Problems is A&T have decided to be different and it's appears that a lot of you just don't like it.Because you still stuck in the past. Hate all you want buy when you're keep getting invites to play in just about every Battle of the Bands Competition in the country among HBCU's you must be doing someright.
Creative, but it was too busy. The field props were a great addition to see at an HBCU. Still, it was long, busy and boring. Yes, it was Sunday, but the "Alabaster Box" number and praise dancers etc. was boring. Being in Texas, a gospel selection by Kirk Franklin (Dallas) or Yolanda Adams (Houston) or Tamala Mann (Dallas) would have engaged the crowd better, I think. Points missed. Overall, I give it a B for big, busy and boring - yet somewhat of a breakthrough for HBCU bands because of the big props. 👍
The concert selection dropped the momentum and it never picked up after that🤷 ....also why have the driers in a hair theme but not use them to enhance the theme 🤷🤔
Y’all always trying to find things to complain about if it ain’t them overdoing something it why they didn’t do this or that. But maybe it was thought about but tossed out as being a little too extra or using them in their dance routine missed up the counts or transition formation. It doesn’t really matter the visual was still there
