Maan lijiye Steel rolling mai ek roll per second, say 'X 'mm material ko aage phenkti hai . Aur mujhe ek particular length pe shear se material ko cut karna hai. PLC ko encoder ke pulses jaate hain. Then ye logic mai kaise calculation hota hai. kya hota hai andar ka pura process. Please samjhaiye sir

Real count ate h jo encoder se milte h 2. Manual length jo hum encoder se shear tk add krte h 3. Shear cut ki proxi se real count reset ho jate h jo fir se count strt kr dete h Thnx
Same formula maine PLC logic main use kiya, lekin jab line speed 0 MPM hota hai tab deflector roll and rewinder ka speed bhi 0 RPM ho jata hai. Tab yeah equation invalid ho jata hai. Iss calculation main kya sudhar kar sakte hai?
Very nice to see this question, the value you are finding is instant Dia meter, for diameter after ramp you need to add some value to the instant Dia. This value is called change in dia meter which needs to be calculated by encoder counts feedback.
Sir if in unwinder roll dia+ steel sheet 800 mm running at 800 mpm ,with time dia starts decreasing ,actual value of dia is how calculated (encoder,sensors count),please explain
@@nageshpandey5333 dear You konw torque always inverse the speed, if dia change then must be speed also change like : 3.14xdiaxn/gear ratio.... N uncoiler or recoiler always working with tension mode. Do u konw we have 2 option for motor run like tension and speed mode.... If any prblm contact me 9466293034

Unwinder ko konse mode and winder ko konse mode mai rakhna hai and DBR kaise picture mai ata hai
DBR will come in picture if DC bus voltage Becomes above 750VDC for 415 v ac drive.
Unwinder is always in torqur control mode. But winder may be speed or torque dipends upon the method to control the web tension
