I think that square spot you pointed at at the top of the scope is a place to put a rubsign, since most Classics toys had one. Love the look of this guy, the wings remind me of Beast Wars megatron and the colors of Energon Megatron, yet his silhouette is G1 enough to be recognized as an "upgrade" of the original Megatron.
yeah idk, it definitely is the biggest departure but most of the classics figures were new takes in some regard. the only one that's really super faithful is the seeker mold I feel like
