No, she looks 20 years older. When women get old, they almost ALWYAS cut their hair short. She now looks like she is in her 80s.
Long hair tends to weigh a person's face down as age begins to win over gravity.
She does not look older. I suppose you believe women should always colour their hair, too. My mother was a great role model. Her hair always short, and with eight children, it needed to be. She never coloured her hair and was graying at age forty. Light makeup. She was not vain, had no reason to be upset about her age, was always appropriate and had substance. She was also tiny, even after having babies who, on average, weighed over nine pounds.

No she doesn't. She is very beautiful and youthful but still the makeover made her look older at least 20 yrs. I don't know why some hairdressers think that makeover is about cutting hair short. One can still make a "face lifting" haircut with long hair.

Best decision i ever made, to have my hair cut short during the growing out phase, though if you aren't lucky enough to have such defined bone structure, I'd wait until your hair has greyed out down to at least just under the jaw, for a longer, softer cut.
