Before doing BlahBlahBlah IRP should first understand how IN citizens created space for IN.
During BritishRule in AF, they needed expert workers to build infrastructure like Roads and especially Railways and also plantation workers for farms. What easiest way was there other than recruit them from IN. The Britishers recruited both Hindus and Muslims. Here the similarity ended as they had diagonally contrasting experiences from these communities.

See Cheema Sir you need to understand countries of power be it the USA, Russia, China, India, Japan, Germany etc the manufacters of the world. if i missed out any you can add them too for example South Korea too. As years go by the competition would increase be it in automobile, mobile phones etc even the number of countries who would eventually become manfuacturing hubs or able to develop themselves as one would also increase. So when things reach a saturation point in trade the most important continent for any manufacturing country that wants to stay ahead of the game in trade, it has to be africa because after africa there is nothing left to compete in, then it would be neck to neck competition hence 3 nations China, USA and India are all after Africa. So its not just about resources but it is to capture its markets first. We are already ahead of China in bikes, medicines, vaccines and fertilizers too, so we are slowly slowly venturing into other areas too in africa even in mining. But again i put it at, its not about taking advantage of resources there but more about creating a presense for our finished products not the raw materials. 😊
And yet again what does Pakistan have to offer in Africa let me know. I like to know the areas you as a Pakistani can have a level play to compete in Africa. Nothing comes to my mind yet, infact africa might have alot to offer to Pakistan if they have money to pay upfront not on credit. But i dont see Pakistan bring anything to the table which Africa can benifit from on the whole. The only arguement you can put is that we are the 5th most populated nation in the world hence we are a big market. Well trade is something that is a two way street, in order to build good relations with any nation or continent you need to introspect as to what good you could offer them in trade that they benifit not just you being the benifitter. 😊😊😊 After asia i think its the most populated continent in the world. So you imagine how important africa is for the global manufactering hubs.
