Great list!! Unfortunately much of your top 10 hasn’t come out here yet!! Yeah me too for Dune 2, as majestic as it is, it just didn’t impact me as emotionally as it should have, certainly nothing like the first one did, and even irritated me a couple of times!🤷🏻♀️ I find there is quite a difference between my "best" films of the year and my "favourite" films of the year… as my favourite cinema experience this year was Smile 2 … now THAT impacted me emotionally, that’s for sure, as did indeed The Substance !!
Dawg, I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get away Dune: Part Two being ONLY at number 11… 😡😡 Regardless, always love to hear your thoughts and perspective on these films and I doubt that will change. Nice job on the list and keep up the good work dude!

In Flames. 17. Libertate. 18. Radical.19. Iron Claw. 20. Black Box Diaries. 21. Red Rooms. 22. Perfect Days. 23. Civil War. 24 The Devil's Bath. 25. The Outrun. No UK releases yet for these. Seeing Nosferatu Monday night.
Finally someone else who has queer as film of the year!! I wasn't a fan of challengers as much as everyone else so I didn't have high hopes for this. I had no idea it would he my kinda film Holy fuck that longtake made me weep in the theater It was still sobbing when the scene ended
💜”characters trapped in the American dream”. Obulu (thank you) for sharing your eclectic taste and passion for films.

Thanks for the list. I also highly recommend you check out Emilia Perez. Based on your taste, I have a feeling you'll have a blast with this.

I was battling with trying to get Dune P2 in my top 10 but, it was too hard!!
Good list! A lot on mine as well (except The Brutalist and Nickel Boys because they refuse to release them where I live yet)

Great list. I subscribed to the channel. Your video was recommended to me by youTube because I was consuming a lot of "queer" movie related content.
It's crazy how much our tase in movies aligns. Maybe we should date.
