First of all that is Sweden. Totally different country. Secondly, is your sister unmarried? If yes then it's hard to get visa for unmarried people because visa officers think they'll not go back to home country,

If he's too old with no money in bank then chances are very slim. But there is still hope that he's old and have children in Pakistan and you're sponsoring him. You need to convince case worker that he has no desire to live permanently in the UK and he'll return back to his home country after his visit.

5 million is good amount but seems a bit low for family of 5. If you attach documents related to strong ties with Pakistan then chances will go up.
