We were at Magic Kingdom yesterday too, visiting from California….daytime ride lines were insane!!! We should’ve went at night!! Back to Magic Kingdom on Wednesday, but will make it an evening visit this time for sure. As always, thanks for the videos!
One year when my kids were little we went to Disney for spring break. Our flight got in at 10pm and by the time we got to Disney allstar resort and checked in it was 11:30 or 11:45. They just started extra magic hours recently and that week the park closed at midnight. This was probably early 2000's and extra magic hours for resort guests was 3 hours so we got to the park shortly after midnight and stayed till 3 am. We walked on everything. Those were the good old days at Disney and our kids will always remember staying at Magic Kingdom till 3 am. It was a great way to start a trip.
The last time I was there was 2012. They had just finished Barn Stormer and they had just refurbished the Dumbo ride and only had one of them running. We had extra magic hours. My son turned 3 at the parks and my daughter just turned 7. We were able to walk right up to Barn Stormer and Dumbo late at night like that with no line. I remember giving my kids some Pop to pep them up because it was so late. We have not been able to come back since then. They have priced us right out of our budget. So, I watch Adam's videos and others to help give me that park fix that I need.
I can't get enough of your WDW content. It is a nice way to keep up, with what's going on in the park, especially to see, that spring break is a bad time to go! 😊
I have not been to Disneyland in over 10 years now. when I lived in anaheim, you could get in for $7 as long as you are not riding any rides. Now it's way way way way way way more expensive now. I won't give Disneyland anymore of my money. They have gotten too greedy. I'd like to go again, but I can't support their greed for a dollar😢
According to NFL averages last year, average price for a game is $377.(averaging all cities) Call that 3 hours of entertainment, as compared to MK for about $180 for 14 hours of entertainment? MK seems like the better deal but some prefer sports. Concert tickets? Way out there.
How can you tell someone is a local Disney AP holder? They have more patience for waiting in a long line for coffee than they do for a ride attraction.
Adam, and the bonus of not being in the hot sun during the day besides being able to just get on a ride without a very long wait makes it wonderful to go at night.
I so wish I could go to Disney for the day. I spent my Monday from 9:30 to 6:30 getting transfusions and chemo. So tired of all this. I wish I could just spend a few days at Disney make me feel better but it’s almost impossible. #cancersucks. #noonefightsalone

My Wife had similar treatment in 2012, had to cancel our first family WDW trip. It sucked indeed!!! We went to WDW the next two years in a row. Wishing you a quick recovery and future amazing vacation in Walt Disney World in the near future.

Our entire family got to ride in the front of the monorail many years ago! It was a very memorable experience, and the cast member gave our kids captain's pins as a souvenir! I sure wish I could find those pins! 🙂 🚝🚝
I was at Magic Kingdom that night on the Jungle Cruise while Adam was at the Swiss Family Tree House. We were on the People Mover around the same time as him give or take a few minutes. We road one of those tour bus type buses from the resort to Epcot the next day. They are way nicer than the typical Disney buses.
This really takes me back to working at Disney throughout the 90's and would often go to one of the parks after work, because we got free admission. Great memories. Thanks!
When i was younger me and my family use to go yearly. At the boot hill shooting gallery my dad decided to get a picture with all of us (old school disposable camera) he used a flash and set every effect off all at once.
We were in MK the same time, left at 9:20 after he post firework rush and was on a waiting bus to saratoga with 5 people total! They queue for monorail and boat however were extensive to say the least!! Busy!

It’s pouring cats & dogs here in California right now so this video came in just in time. I’ve never been to Disney World so this video is the best way to go for me. I’m glad I was able to enjoy the opening of Disneyland from the day it was inaugurated til about 2012 or 2013 for me, my husband and sister before she moved to Florida with her husband to plan for their early retirement. I’m. glad to see you still enjoy being there, Adam, because for me and so many others the prices make it impossible to return as well as the crowds of people that keep increasing every year at this amusement park. In terms of being stuck on a ride haunted mansion is not the worst. We were stuck on a hill going up on splash mountain for a very long time. That got painful quick.

I don’t either. I watch a lot of different you tube channels and if I don’t like a certain video I just don’t watch and then watch the next one that interests me. I don’t go and comment if I don’t like their video that day.

This was fun and beautiful. I really think that early shot of Main Street from under the golden bulbs lighting of the theatre awning is something to chose a frame of and print on canvas or Kodak paper and frame under glass. It is a spectaular and unusual view of the park. Thanks Adam, another good one! 🏰

I’ve only been to all the theme parks in CA including the ones in the Bay Area but I’ve always wondered what Busch Gardens is like since I never got a chance to experience the one in Van Nuys back in the 70s before they tore it down before I was born. Just a suggestion!

My favorite spot for fireworks is over by Gaston's (I think its called that). Over by the carousel not far from Peter Pan. Felt like i was surrounded by the fireworks.

Actually the crowds have been low. I just went to Epcot on monday, it was GREAT.

Missed you by that much! We were there Monday night for our 30th Anniversary and rode the buses back to TTC, a new experience for us.
My Dad worked at W.E.D. and helped build the Monorail for the Florida Project it was known then in the Late 60s.
That is so cool. I really appreciate everyones hard work that has gone and is currently going into the place.
