I ❤️ the show as it is, why show us homes you can go view yourself? It’s lovely to have a sample of different properties, but the incredible homes that Matt & Summer show us is what makes the show. They are not realtors, they have positioned their channel to capture an audience of uniqueness which makes it so wonderful. I take my hats of to them for the hard work and dedication to allow us to gain an understanding and get a feel of what we as jo blogs dont have access to or rather wouldn’t be in the market for. I’m viewing from New Zealand and have become and avid follower. I think what makes this you tube channel so easy to watch and enjoy is the fact how down to earth Matt & Summer are. You both have such a wonderful outlook of life and such a passion for what you do. I have no doubt you will have your “dream home” one day. If they showed us homes that target our market i very much doubt Matt & Summer would have such a presence. Thanks guys ❤️ your work !!! So far my fav house was the cliff top in Wales 🏴
This is the point to Matt and Summer's videos, luxury properties. Most of their viewers could never afford any of the properties they show us, it's just a bit of escapism for we ordinary folk.
It was very interesting to find out the ‘average’ price of the nearby houses. Can you guys do that for future videos as well. Perhaps other houses on the same road/area and what are their prices.

Lovely property but personally feel it should have been a two bed. Do away with the third bedroom to make the second a little bigger with an en suite, then do away with the main bathroom downstairs for a toilet and more room in the living area 🤷🏻♀️

Those views and that close to central for that price... amazing! Wouldn’t believe you’d be able to find a duplex penthouse that’s virtually a house for that price. Wow, hats off to the developers 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Some more new build houses in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire would be great! There is a big development in Biggleswade at the moment would love to see this.

We’re in St Albans which is about 10miles away, this is impressive and for the price is great in comparison:|
St Albans is much nicer than this part of Hemel. Nicer parts are much more expensive. Look for Boxmoor (most expensive) or Apsley that are more comparable to St Albans.

Nice home. I'd definitely take an apartment over a house as I enjoy travelling. With an apartment, there is no yard to maintain and I would have any worries about security.
But you have to pay service charge with a flat

You really should come down to Poole in Dorset and tour properties in the BH13 area Branksome Park, Canford Cliffs and Sandbanks. Some of the most expensive properties in the UK!

Lovely penthouse, but the other two bedrooms let it down; as they were rather small for a bedrooms. It would have been nice for it to be two large bedrooms penthouse. But nonetheless the great views ...

Question- how much does it take you to travel to every place and liek what is the process, liek you can drive but wouldn't it take long and you guys are dedicated workers so how do you manage to travel for place to place quickly?

Southhill Primary is opposite, behind the river and road. Behind that is Hemel Hempstead Secondary Scchool. Both sought after schools in the area. 25 minutes into London Euston.
Unfortunately with this developement there is no parking. Its in the town centre, so you have to pay to park. Its a good walk for any free parking

The commute takes roughly 25 minutes to get to Euston, keep in mind the train station is about a 20 minute or so walk/5 minute drive from where this penthouse is located.
That’s a nice modern, stylish apartment, well laid-out with plenty of natural light from different directions. If they could lift up the whole building and transport it to anywhere other than Hemel Hempstead, it would be quite an attractive proposition. BTW, when comparing it with those terraced cottages, what the presenter didn’t tell you is that there will be monthly management costs to be paid to the company that manages the upkeep of the building. And for an apartment of this size, that could easily be £200 or more.
You two are making great videos...for example taking the trouble to put the service charges up on screen. For that money, anywhere, I'd want a sightly bigger kitchen (eg the fitted fridge is tiny and not enough cupboards) and slightly higher ceilings. Developers in Britain seem determined to squish us into places that are a bit too small. Deal breaker for me with that flat is the traffic noise.
There are some new luxury builds in Wymondham / Hethersett in Norfolk which are lovely on the outside. Norfolk is oldie but some new build are making it up and coming 🤪
The balcony IS at least wide so thats a great thing and with the glass makes it feel bigger .The penthouse really should have had an upgraded heating , such as underfloor .the master bathroom , the bath appears to be a little smaller than a regular bath ?The staircase is very narrow.Th ekids bedroom is small. The bed looks tiny .Th e master bedroom is amazing .
I think it's very reasonably priced for the size and location.

Those park/parking that are opposite the penthouse look like layout floorbases for future high rises. Guessing the view won't be there for too long.
For something central in a city then it would have to be a apartment but for slightly out of the city, I would prefer a house.
