    I like that you recommended good strength training. This is something that I had avoided for years and am just now getting into. Better overall fitness will make our race seasons that much better!

    Best thing I've heard about strength training is SOOO true- strength makes everything easier. Everything. Yup. True.

    Thanks always for the super content! Is increasing your body's fat oxidation as important over the shorter Sprint and Olympic distance events?

    • @mustaphab.1190
      @mustaphab.1190 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Personally don't think so since both distances are like all out effort

    Are those low carb sessions effective for lets say 30-60 min runs 1-2 h rides? F.e. if u ride without carbs for 3h or more i can imagine you bonk pretty hard at a set point...

    • @mustaphab.1190
      @mustaphab.1190 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Everyone has a threshold at which point of the ride/run carbs should be taken I guess, for me I really feel the drop after 1:30' so I should be taking energy beforehand like ~1:15' it can be determined by trial, cheers
