I think you forgot a very important tip for monstruosity: it only fires the blind bombs at far away players so even ranged clases should consider sticking with the group just ahead of the boss. Also just because you are near it doesn't mean you can't get blinded if someone else gets a bomb thown their way and you are draging the boss toward said player, so pay attention to what others are doing to avoid friendly-fire!
