I’m teaching myself to use the double hander. Better for my back ache than my single and flat out the most pleasure giving fishing tackle I’ve ever used. Great for rock and surf fishing imho.

Thanks Vincente - I suggest you take a look at Robert Gillespie's exercises, especially the Climbing Curve parts 1-2 and 3. They are brief but are gold.
