I agree with the two comments about the sound. I find the music distracting as well. Yes, I could turn the sound off (and I do for the videos with no dialog) but it's more efficient to hear the spoken instructions while looking at what's happening on the screen. If I had to read captions, I would be constantly rewinding.

I wear hearing aids and it is very difficult to hear the words spoken when there is background music!
