Gustav goes to the Pub and finds the remains of a World War II airfield

February Trip Part 2 of 4: The New Forest - Gustav takes us to explore RAF Stoney Cross, a disused World War II airfield. We watch a horse stampede, beautiful ponies and donkeys as Sprocket and Tacie have their dog walk…in the wind! After a very short drive, we park up at the Sir Walter Tyrrell, which has its own campsite. The welcome and food here was first class and we highly recommend a visit. We certainly will be back again. Finally, we visit the Rufus Stone which is a short stroll from the pub.
