A great question. If you fly Business Class, you are guaranteed to get in. If you would like to buy a lounge pass, it's subject to capacity restrictions. You may be able to get in with your frequent flyer status.
Check if Fiji Airways partners with your favorite airline, they partner with QANTAS and we were able to enter with QANTAS Gold status.

i mean what if you dont fly business class but you bought ticket from their airline and have a long lay-over at the airport, am i still eligible to pay on the spot to get into their lounge?

If there’s capacity, then a walk up entry is currently 135 FJD which is around 70 AUD or 50 USD.
As mentioned earlier these passes are only available if the lounge is not busy.
