    Whoops, I mentioned in the video that I would give you the notes for the Major Pentatonic Scale in 1st Position, and then I didn't. I demoed it, but didn't put up the notes. It is essentially the same as the standard 1st Position Major Scale except that it leaves out the 4th and 7th notes from the Major Scale. (The slang name for this scale is the "Country Scale" and use by guitar players, piano players and all sorts of soloists.) Here it is:
    4B 4D 5B 6B 6D 7B

    Good demos with the major scale.

      It's easy for beginners to jam along to music using the simple 1st Position Major Scale, with or without single notes.
