  • Elephants crossing the Chobe River In 4K UHD. Watch as a herd of elephants and their babies quench their thirst in the river (dodging the lions) and then SWIM TO THE OTHER SIDE. African Elephants are seen swimming across the river with their babies throughout the year in The Chobe, Botswana.
    In this film, you will see plenty of elephants including some adorable baby elephants trying to drink from The Chobe River. Elephants in the wild in Africa don't often swim across rivers but the elephants of the Chobe River too quite often and it's a real sight to be seen.

  • @ulla7589
    @ulla7589 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Wonderful video (as always)! Congrats!
    I like the slow motion, especially I liked the scenes with the little ones and the drinking close ups. The synchronized motions of the elefants with their trunks appear like a choreography - very elegant! Music is beautiful, yet for my feeling the music that accompanies the scene in the water and the fight (from approx. 4.56 - approx. 6.50) is a bit hectic and rather distracted me from the picture. I also would have preferred some sequences in natural sound too.
    I am looking forward to seeing the behind the scenes videos!

    • @PangolinWildlife
      @PangolinWildlife  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes its a tricky one...we tried to find one piece of music for the whole film and match it to the action...its a learning process!

    Beautiful work! This is very moving.
    I’m shocked at how intimate and yet stable the footage is. What camera and lens combo did you use? I noticed there’s quite a bit of panning yet the video is smooth. Post stabilization? Monopod? Video head?
