this is the reason why people go crazy over a x2 artifact xp bonus event. i know it sucks but your best bet is to upgrade your arts to 120 and then save up your nth metals and marketplace cash till there is an artifact xp bonus event
and please dont use the tetrahedron artifact if you are playing dps. it is a wasted artifact slot. it is only used by buff trolls. If you are going to use the strategist’s card, you’ll need the transformation card alongside that.

Buy the XP and Seals of completion when it's on sale.. XP Goes from 900mp cash to around 600.. keep it in your bank till it's double XP THEN use it..
