This fan could be a great candidate to try out retrobright on it. Although, as you mentioned the brittle plastic. I doubt it could handle any more sunlight.
It would be a good demonstration of the product, but I think it would also be a waste as I already have 2 of these new in the box in perfect condition with no yellowing.
Good initial checkout video of this Holmes air Oscillating fan from the mid 90s hopefully you'll get a replacement blade for this soon bro I enjoyed the video
They sold these at ASDA supermarkets (part of Walmart) here in the UK and yep they are pretty crap. It’s the plastics that are bad. I have a few imported Galaxy and Lasko fans from the 80s and they’re amazing
On your TH-cam channel there is two videos that you don't own make sure your channel didn't hacked because I saw once again two different random videos on your channel that should not be there ceiling fan on the part on TH-cam
Just watched a video of yours of how to maintain a desk fan from 9 years ago! Glad to see you still do this 😁 Liked and subscribe 👌
Thanks for the kind words.

Glad you enjoyed it.
I actually found this same model at a thrift store but I didn’t get it because the base was like half yellowed.
I don't think I would get any more of these, yellowed or not.
@@JordanUto be honest I kinda like yellowed plastic fans but that’s just my opinion.
same thing here jordan i have watched your videos because of you i will be starting my own businsess soon i will be cleanning and repearing fans
Good luck.
So once you put a blade replacement on it it should be good to go good video bro and I enjoyed it
True it should work as well as new once the blade is replaced.

I agree on the Lasko/Galaxy, units, excellent fans far better than these.
I have that fan too. But I painted it a rainbow blade. And now I can’t change it back because it was written with sharpies.
OK
Use Rubbing alcohol to wash the markings off then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
😂 Best review yet 👏🏻
Thanks for letting me know.
My aunt has 2 of these fans and this needs a good cleaning and service
Thanks for letting me know.
You probably didn’t use the fan and got rid of it by now
I don't know what you're talking about.
The stand is probably very brittle
That is a possibility.
Absolutely abysmal condition
Abysmal fan in abysmal condition.
those blew decent amount of air
They're OK

I have no idea what you're talking about.
Slight wind and this fan will turn into dust
A slight wind is about all the thing is capable of producing at this point.
I like it
OK
