In this video we cover just about any door problem on this 2003 Acura 3.2 TL Type-S. From door handles, to door panel repairs, to the door lock actuators is what will be covered in this video. All the parts used this video are recycled form my local junkyard (IpullUpull) to minimize cost and maximize profit.

Haven't been able to find a video of the left rear door handle not opening from the outside. Came across this one and now I am feeling confident about it I now have a piece of mind of that and oh ya also on the right rear door lock getting stuck. Thank you for this video man. Man that's a lot of work, glad I have a cl just two doors. I had to replace my interior door handles too. Mine broke on the back where the rods connect on both sides. I could also only find tan, and I used the same paint. My lock actuators now seem to be bad a well, that's why I found your video. Now I know how to fix it thanks.

I have the same problems with my back doors and on the same sides as yours. I didn't know the armrest could be replaced without replacing the entire door card. The only problem I may run into is not being able to take the door card off the door with the broken outer door handle because the owner put the child lock on while trying to diagnose the problem. Now I can't open from inside or outside. What's your suggestion Homie Hektor? You are a blessing brother! Thank you for this video!!

Great vid, very thorough. Thanks for taking the time to explain. The problem with my passenger door is some1 pulled up on the lock to unlock it and the lock itself fell down into the door panel? Now the door won't unlock and is stuck closed lol. Gonna park in the shade with some tools and give it a look finally.. Does that mean my actuator is bad or that something just isn't lined up properly (or is disconnected)?

A friend of mine has a 2004 TL. The front right door actuator is locked and he can't get it unlocked in order to open the door and pull the door panel off to replace the actuator. Any suggestions?

Rather than use duct tape to tape that plastic up, I use aluminum tape. It can handle the heat and will not deteriorate.
