Brought back memories of my 35 year old daughter when she was a brownie. For Christmas her brownie troop made cookbooks with 15 different kinds of cookies submitted by 15 of the brownies. She even decorated the cookbook cover. In memory of Brownie Troop #733. "A Collection Of Favorite Christmas Cookie Recipes" . 1993. Would you believe my daughter submitted a recipe similar to yours excluding the butterscotch chips. They were called "Fun Cookies". This year I made all 15 different cookies that were in the cookbook that my daughter gave me. It was fun. I started cooking them the beginning of December. Put them in Christmas cans and gave them away as gift's. In memory of my now 35 year old baby girl brownie.I say that bc she is the youngest of my 3 daughters!!! I don’t have a Facebook account so I could not direct message you but I know you were very very busy with all these recipes however after the first of the year could you see if you have a quick and easy peanut brittle recipe. Up until my grandfather died I remember him roasting the raw peanuts in an old bed warmer type contraption in the fireplace and then we would shell peanuts and then he would make the best buttery peanut brittle that I have ever had however I never got his recipe. Some people make it very very thick and some can’t make it at all I would rather find out what you might would recommend will be able to do for us one day. Like I said after the first of the year would be fine if you indeed have one. Thank you so much Chef
