As a retired US Army soldier I can attest to the skill of being able to drink all night and work the next day. It is possible to do but it WILL age you considerably.
His manners and his etiquettes are divine. Cigarette in his hands, he liked to drink and yet we would not dare calling him a drink and indisciplined. He was an Irish gent at the top of his game. Rip peter
