Flat cut and back cut is all I see and it gives me the willys like the boogyman is after me, it truely scares me to think people do that everyday and don't know otherwise. moving on now thanks for bringin is along with 'Dave' and Buckin in their adventures of the SP 81. Unfortunately those are no acceptable technique they want you useing in the bush even though we do from time to time , they will kick you of the side hill for doin it ,, so it wood not make to muck sense for my integrety to be teaching here plus in my opinion the dutch man is a very handy little tool for the faller used in the right context,, What a party pooper eh lololo ha haaaaa thx Shea
I would love for you to come to my neck of the woods and put on demonstrations and seminars for these wannabe timber faller that are gonna get hurt or killed from not knowing....one little thing that kills me is they wanna slope there back cut plum wild thinkin it'll keep from setting back, when in my experience it just makes it harder cause your not cutting straight across the grain...I call them the ol eastern ky sloped back cuts lol your stumps should be in the Smithsonian. SP80,81,81E,Pro Mac 850 were all 5 cube/82cc displacement.Produced from 1971 to 1980,slight difference in features between them, such as electronic ignition module on last 2 models that replaced the less reliable points/condenser.
when you repaint the merc it would look great on the dash was thinkin how about doin maybe a axe raffle and some lucky subscriber would win an axe that would be fun and wouldn't cost much to the subscriber
According to some of my factory literature/info I believe chain brake was standard on every model from the mini mac to the Super Pro 125C starting in 1975.
