Always Mark and Organize your wires for future maintenance and replacement this will make any future maintenance easier! Get yourself a multi meter if you do not have one. Take a basic electronics course. And always disconnect the power this will protect you from electrocution! Safety 1st! Proper planning and keeping wires neat and organized by using zip ties help to troubleshoot future electrical problems!
