Oh, no, you've reached the Nintendo Hard part of the game. Destroy one group of Muurians, and 8 more shall suddenly show up, though the original plan was only for 4 to show up, with 4 more after 8 Muurians get destroyed; this never got fixed in future updates despite promises. Surprisingly, in plot terms, the Muurians being sent in full force does fit with Zaarin's desperation to get at the Vorknkx. Quite a tough nut, not having TIE Defenders on your arsenal. 2:55: The TFTC Reimagined campaign will spice this up by having more non-Imperial craft on Zaarin's forces. Time will tell on which shall be included. Dang, Tractor Beam for this. 5:26: Officer, the spy's Shuttle is a goner already! 5:55: You are allowed to reload fire like a turret for purism's sake, though that works better with Adv. Missiles.
More muurians arrive even if you don't destroy a full wave of them, which makes the mission even more challenging. I had to use the beam system, was far too difficult without it.
