Who is Millers Point?

Millers Point is one of the oldest suburbs in Australia and is home to a unique public housing community.
The City commissioned independent community artist, Jordan Bryon, to develop a documentary with local public housing residents, sharing stories about themselves and their community.
The project was a participatory documentary whereby residents shaped the story, shot the footage, recorded sound and voice-overs and starred in the film, which takes you through an emotional journey celebrating the current community, highlights their concerns and captures the history of this area.
This is an initiative of the Abraham Mott Youth Centre in partnership with the Harry Jenson Centre and Safe City.
