With Dawntrail coming out, there is a new video out that highlights all the references in the post Endwalker Patches! Many of them Final Fantasy IV References! Take a look! th-cam.com/video/8aWEufSC6hI/w-d-xo.html
In A Realm Reborn, there's an Ala Mhigan spy that is infiltrating Gaius' legion for the Eorzean Alliance. When Nero figures out who he is, he identifies him as "Codename: Hummingway" before killing him. I imagine that would be why the Loporrits got a new name for their race in Endwalker. I also like to imagine that guy was just three Loporrits disguised as an Ala Mhigan adult.
In the trailers of Shadowbringers and Endwalker, we see the Warrior of Light go from Dark Knight to Paladin. This seems to allude to Cecil's transition from the former class to the latter.
There's so much more FFIV references in post-Endwalker content. The Four Elemental Fiends, Golbez and Zeromus.
Not to mention the parallels between a certain character you meet in post ew and Cecil

One cool little detail from the Seat of Sacrifice trial: When Elidibus summons the warriors of light in the middle of the fight, they form the cast of FFIV. Two lala mages (black & white mage), a warrior, a summoner, a ninja, a bard (who casts Holy during the limit break) and a dark knight who even wears the Baron helm! Very easily missable but definitely one of the best references in the game imo.
I didn't see it referenced when you talked about minions, but there is also a Spoony Bard minion that was obtainable from the Heavensward OST.

Geez I thought they loved FF3 a lot but man the FF4 references are crazy.
There's also 'the flyover'. Won't say more due to spoilers.
And one of the most thematic things in Cecil's journey... In Shadowbringers 'we' are the Dark Knight, in Endbringer 'we' are a Paladin.
Funny thing about that DRK job quest... I failed the first time because I let the dark side beat me up going all "Oh, I know how this goes!"
When I first heard the battle theme in the loporit area, that was the point where I just screamed like crazy coz at that time the only FF games I have finished or played were FF4 and 7, so I was really really happy for that reference

Also, I do believe you missed a reference in treasure maps! Some of them (I forget which ones specifically) have a golden Calcabrina as the last room boss! It’s genuinely a little terrifying.
The moonward healing set is actually exactly the same as the casting set but white. I know because I was actually really disappointed they were both Rydia's. Lol I think the closest to Rosa's set is the LVL 90 when artifact gear but with red on the skirt instead of gold.
I don't know why, but I think this video will be due for an addendum in the next few weeks/months! ;) Great job with these, they're great!

Its also cool to notice that the theme in the transition from Shadowbringers to Endwalker is the change from Daek Knight to Paladin, just like Cecil did.

Another thing to add on to the black chocobo thing. Back when Heavensward was released (and for a long while after that in fact) not all mounts could actually fly, including your company chocobo. There was a side questline (that's been removed now) where you could teach your chocobo to fly, but otherwise for a small time after it's release the black chocobo was the only chocobo mount that could fly naturally. (flight for the fat chocobo and legacy chocobo was given at the same time as your company chocobo, the other chocobo's that were released at the time couldn't fly until 3.1).
Lunar Bahamut was also in the English FF4 version (aka Final Fantasy 2). It was just named "Wyvern" instead.

Been watching your other FF reference videos and a few things to mention with FFIV in FFXIV
The Dwarves + beast tribe in Shadowbringers from Lali-Ho! emote and their signature armor set (both found in FFIII if I remember correctly), the tank mount(beast tribe in FFXIV)(cutscene in FFIV), Giott(FFXIV: npc for healer role quest) and King Giott(FFIV) sharing the same name and the dwarven clan Tomra(FFXIV) also sharing the same name as the city of dwarves in FFIV.
On the topic of Kain's signature stance being shown in FFXIV: Heavensward, one more to the list would be the ability icon for Battle Litany.
Now onward to FFIII.
Estinien is a mix of Kain from IV (armor, personality) and Ricard from II (the very first dragoon from the series and the only used to fight alongside a dragon)
Seeems you forgot about Meteions. They are a reference to Maenads from FF IV TAY
14:03 they also put the original casting sound effect in it if you heard closely

The Endsinger fight also has reference to FF4 The After Years. Creator fight when prayers of all party member restore light to the crystal. The Creator also will comment on how it possible that Crystal light returned. As after the Crystal is used the Creator loses control and throwing random attacks similar to Endsinger second phase.
There is also the fact that the main villain of both games are embodiments of despair, and Meteion being corrupted, referencing Golbez obviously
The DRK lv90 skill "Shadowbringer" is literally the exact same animation, right down to same projectile as Dark Knight Cecil's Darkness.

When "Welcome to Our Town" hit in FFXIV, my jaw dropped. I literally stopped playing and immediately teared up... when the piano started playing, I cried like a friggin' baby, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Boy, did this get outdated quickly! We are getting Golbez and the four elemental fiends soon, as shown in patch 6.1 they appear to be antagonists for the rest of the expansion (probably the next 4 trials or some dungeons will be the fiends). Great job, though, I'm loving the series. Keep up the good work!

GOLBEZ IS IN THE GAME! He and his Four Fiends are seen at the end of the 6.1 MSQ, complete with a new version of his theme!
The Loporitt arc is the most boring filler in FFXIV's history, skipped pretty much every dialogues and left the moon for good.
