And he would be in Starbucks everyday after studying. He was so excited, sometimes so tired, but so excited and he would tell us about how hard training was. But sho nuff.... The pounds were dropping off him like rain over the months You will see a difference, whether someone is more busy more tired dedicated... But you will most definitely see weight loss. But they kick your ass lol
