I love how Rock and Roll was for the teenagers.
My mum was a teen in the early 60s, and played the records, tapes, to me in the early 90s as a kid and I was hooked, through my teens, into adulthood, and now older or similar age to the panel was in 63.
Best genre of music ever, for all age groups.
I’m here in March 2024 laughing!!! Not sure when in 1963 this show was taped, but I was in high school then and the Beatles were almost taking over! Heard my first Beatles song in the Fall of 1963 went to school and hardly anyone had heard it in the radio - yet!!! Took very little time before everyone knew thst music had changed! And I’m still a rocker to this day (just added hard rock a bit later😄)!
